      So this came up in a small biz Slack group — someone posted about a tool doing omnichannel CRM tools and I got curious. Jumped into the site and was pleasantly surprised to see they’re offering free early access. The layout is clean, the concept makes sense, and I liked that they’re not trying to do everything at once. Honestly, the ability to keep customer chats across channels in one spot is what sold me.
