How I Approached My PMI-ACP Exam Preparation?

I started my PMI ACP exam preparation by reviewing the official PMI Exam Content Outline so I could understand the exam domains and focus my study time effectively. I gave special attention to Mindset, Leadership, Product, and Delivery, which are the four current exam domains.

Instead of memorizing Agile terminology, I focused on understanding how Agile principles are applied in real project situations. I reviewed concepts across Scrum, Kanban, Lean, stakeholder engagement, adaptive planning, product delivery, and continuous improvement.

I also used practice questions to identify weak areas and reviewed every incorrect answer to understand the reasoning behind it. PMI recommends combining study resources such as courses, self-study materials, and practice tools when preparing for the exam.

This approach helped me build both conceptual understanding and confidence in applying Agile practices to scenario-based questions.
