Jumping in as someone who’s more into the biology side of things — NSAIDs definitely mess with the stomach lining because they block certain enzymes that protect it. I always suggest people take them with food and never mix them with alcohol. Timing matters too — I usually align mine with meals. Also funny side note: I was learning about DNA for a uni project and ended up reading how even mild NSAIDs can affect gene expression in rare cases. Wild stuff.
