报告题目：基于神经网络的图像和视频风格化/Neural Style Transfer for Images and Videos
报告摘要：
Turning an image into certain a style (e.g. Picasso painting style) is not easy task, even for a professional artist. This task will spend a long time. We present two CNN-based style transfer approaches. One is global transfer, which migrates the global texture/color statistics of the style image to the content image by training a neural network. The big advantage over existing stylization network is fast processing in training and runtime. The other is local transfer, which finds semantically-meaningful dense correspondences for producing higher-quality results. These technologies are further extended to video and stereo images as they emerge with recent virtual reality hardware.
讲者简介：
Jing Liao is a researcher in Visual Computing Group at Microsoft Research Asia (MSRA). Before she joined MSRA in 2015, she received her dual Ph.D. degrees from Zhejiang University and Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Her research interests include image/video processing, non-photorealistic rendering, computational photography and many other topics in vision and graphics.

报告题目：一键卸妆与视频超分辨率：腾讯优图ICCV2017成果分享
报告摘要：
优图实验室在本届ICCV当中一共投稿15篇论文，其中12篇被大会录用，投稿录用率达到80%，这一成绩居业界实验室前列。更值得一提的是，有3篇论文被选为口头报告，占大会口头报告论文总数的6.68%。部分论文的相关研究成果已经实现技术落地，并受到了来自工业界和学术界广泛关注。其中，被誉为“一键卸妆”的论文《Makeup-Go: Blind Reversion of Portrait Edit》在社会各界引起了强烈反响，截至目前，已获得科技行业权威媒体、电视台和微博大V等超过740篇报道，引爆社交媒体。另一篇超分辨率的论文《细节还原深度视频超分辨率》，其相关技术也已经在QQ空间成功落地，各项性能指标均超过谷歌的同类技术。本次分享将解答一键卸妆原理以及视频超分辨率的核心技术。
讲者简介：
沈小勇，腾讯优图高级研究员，浙江大学本科硕士，香港中文大学博士博士后。主要研究深度学习在图像视频处理理解中的应用，包括图像增强，分割，物体检测识别，运动与深度估计等，在CVPR，ICCV，ECCV等顶级会议和TPAMI，TOG等顶级journal上发表论文15+篇。

Liu, Ligang

刘利刚，中国科学技术大学教授，曾获得中国科学院“百人计划”、国家优青、杰青，从事计算机图形学研究。分别于1996年及2001年于浙江大学获得应用数学学士及博士学位。曾于微软亚洲研究院、浙江大学、哈佛大学工作或访问。曾获微软青年教授奖、陆增镛CAD&CG高科技奖一等奖、国家自然科学奖二等奖等奖项。负责创建了中科大《计算机图形学前沿》暑期课程及CCF CAD&CG专委图形学在线交流平台GAMES。
