How many evolutions of Pikachu?

There are three evolutions of Pickachu:
Pichu is unevolved.
The first stage is Pikachu.
The second stage is Raichu.
The third stage is also Raichu
That is clear that Pikachu is not unevolved it is the evolution of Pichu which is unevolved.
